Vacation!
Oh, such delight! At the moment you are completely exhausted, you absolutely don't see how you can survive one more week and when it seems you have lost all hope for a better future, then there is The Vacation. Just in time before we drop down completely washed out.
You are buried under so much homework, things you have to hand in, tests coming up, books to read - but in this hard world of school work there is an oasis of rest. Rest and gathering energy and courage for another eight weeks of school.
The funny thing is that in vacations most people, me included, have the busiest time of their year. Why? Because then we can do what we want to do, and not what we are forced to do. Like what?
Like starting another blog (check it out!) about your BBC-experiences - not mentioning the fact that I had to phone my boyfriend because I completely didn't understand how Wordpress worked.
Or like making homework relaxed - that it lays here the whole day next to me, untouched, is beside the point.
And what about going a day to SoulSurvivor, to feel the mood - and let us just forget the extreme amount of rain the whole day.
Or going to The Hague with your boyfriend, for his birthday - not considering the fact that... well, actually, this is just sheer bliss!
That is what makes vacations such wonderful times.
Oh, how I waited in the harsh, painful, restless, boring and horrible schooldays, for this glorious week, just to say: And then there is... VACATION!
